Crew Member & Local Store Marketing Associate United Food Corporation - 3.1 San Jose, CA Job Details Part-time | Full-time $20 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Mileage reimbursement Qualifications Customer service Full Job Description We are seeking an energetic, friendly, and outgoing individual to join our team as a Crew Member & Local Store Marketing Associate. This hybrid role allows you to work both inside the store and out in the community, helping build brand awareness, form partnerships, and drive new business. You will receive a regular in-store shift, plus approximately 15 hours per week dedicated to local store marketing (LSM).

Starting Wage:

$20/hour when working inside the store $24/hour plus mileage reimbursement when conducting local store marketing $100 Hiring bonus. Hiring bonus will be paid after 90 days of employment. Must have no call/no shows or writeups during the 90 day of employment to quality. In-Store Duties Provide excellent customer service with a positive, upbeat attitude. Assist with food prep, making pizzas, taking orders, cashing out customers and general store operations. Providing excellent customer service. Support a clean, safe, and efficient work environment. Communicate effectively with team members and management Local Store Marketing (LSM) Duties — ~15 hours/week Visit local businesses, schools, dealerships, hotels, community centers, and events. Introduce Pizza Guys products, promotions, and partnership opportunities. Distribute marketing materials and maintain brand presence throughout the community. Build and maintain ongoing relationships with key community partners. Secure new accounts and help drive sales .
