Job Description

Overview We're looking for a reliable, organized, self-starter who enjoys variety and isn't afraid to jump in wherever needed. This is a part-time position supporting several areas of our business, including marketing, light bookkeeping, administrative tasks, and special projects.
Responsibilities include:
General office support Marketing assistance (social media, email, projects) Organizing physical and digital files and documents Scheduling and coordinating projects Light bookkeeping and data entry Helping wherever needed to keep the office running smoothly The ideal candidate is: Organized and detail-oriented A self-starter who takes initiative Comfortable juggling multiple tasks Positive, dependable, and eager to learn Proficient with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace Experience with QuickBooks is a plus (but not required) Experience in the supplement industry or health/wellness products is a plus, but not required Ideal Candidate Traits Reliable and consistent Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Comfortable wearing multiple hats Proactive—able to identify what needs to be done and take action
