Job Description:

Assist in conducting basic market research on customer preferences and local competitors under management direction. Collect and summarize customer feedback from online platforms and social media. Prepare simple summary reports on customer engagement and promotions under supervision. Assist in preparing marketing materials for restaurant promotions. Manage and update social media content and online business listings under management guidance. Coordinate routine communication with customers regarding promotions and inquiries on behalf of management. Support basic data collection related to sales trends and customer visits. Perform general clerical and administrative support related to marketing activities.

Requirement:

Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
