Job Summary About the Opportunity We are looking for a Marketing Intern to join our Team Part-Time. The Casino Marketing Internship Program is a hands-on, immersive experience designed to introduce interns to the fast-paced world of casino and hospitality marketing. This role goes beyond one property—it is a Caesars Entertainment-wide opportunity, providing exposure to best practices, brand standards, and marketing strategies used across one of the largest gaming and hospitality organizations in the world. Interns will gain experience in event coordination, guest engagement, promotions execution, and marketing operations, while building a professional network that spans across multiple Caesars properties and marketing teams.

To provide interns with a comprehensive understanding of casino marketing operations while developing transferable professional skills in a dynamic, guest-focused environment. Over the course of 12-16 weeks, interns will gain progressive experience across key marketing functions, including:

Marketing Foundations Promotions & Guest Engagement Event Coordination & Marketing Operations What You'll Do:

Assist with marketing promotions and event execution Support guest experience initiatives on the casino floor Help manage marketing materials, inventory, and communications Collaborate with marketing, Players Club, and Guest Services teams Gain hands-on experience with casino marketing systems and operations What You Will Need What We're Looking For Interest in marketing, hospitality, communications, or event planning Strong communication and organizational skills Positive attitude with a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working in guest-facing settings Must be 21 years of age or older Must be able to obtain a Colorado Support Gaming License What You'll Gain Real-world experience in casino and hospitality marketing Exposure to Caesars Entertainment's enterprise marketing network Mentorship from experienced marketing professionals Resume-building projects and leadership feedback Potential pathway to future opportunities within Caesars Entertainment
