ABOUT THE OBC WINE PROJECT
After decades of brewing award-winning craft beer, Odell Brewing ventured into a new category with the launch of a wine project. Dedicated to the exploration of unique flavor profiles in the world of wine, this project was born out of the brewery's shared passion for the art of winemaking. The wine cellar and tasting room are located on a property adjacent to the Fort Collins brewery. We make, package, and serve wine on tap, in cans and bottles with distribution throughout Colorado. Our collective leadership and independence empower us to build a culture of ownership where we contribute, educate, and innovate, while keeping Colorado at our core. Always Better.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Marketing Assistant supports Odell Brewing and The OBC Wine Project by designing event assets and pushing consistent brand messaging, creative, and calls-to-action across our full marketing technology stack. Working from a creative brief, this role builds and deploys assets across email, social, event, taproom, and tracking platforms to support events, promotions, and brand campaigns. This role works closely with both Marketing and Taproom teams. This is a part-time, in-house position working 20-25 hours per week, reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Design and produce digital and print materials for use as point-of-sale assets, social media graphics and more Administer and update content in the marketing tech stack, which currently includes MailChimp, Eventbrite, Wordpress, Instagram, Facebook, Beambox, Tapwyse, Untapped and Telemetry Support social media accounts, including reel creation and community management Track and report campaign performance Frequent cross-departmental collaboration and communication Other duties as assigned. We're an adaptive and evolving team and a willingness to adopt new technology and processes is essential.
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS
Must be 21 years of age or older Design skills required; proficiency in Canva or Adobe strongly preferred Experience designing for email, social, and event marketing channels Familiarity with WordPress, MailChimp, Eventbrite, or similar digital platforms preferred Photo/video skills a bonus, not required An aptitude for detail with strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing environment

COMPENSATION
Wage information is provided in compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act and is Odell's good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation range and benefits offered for this position. The compensation offered to the successful applicant may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education, location, or other position-related reasons.
Pay range:
