Summary We are seeking a dedicated Operations/Marketing Assistant to join our team (this is a full-time In-Office role; not remote). In this role, you will be instrumental in providing outstanding support to our clients and organizational support for our team. Your contributions will help us maintain our commitment to exceptional service, while your marketing efforts will help us grow! Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients Assist clients with inquiries regarding their health insurance policies and claims. Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate solutions or services. Assist with broker onboarding including licensing and carrier contracting Personal assistant to the owner including schedule management and organization Leading our marketing efforts including developing content and growing our presence on Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more Managing our advertising vendors and budget Focus on developing our brand within the community Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience. Requirements Proven experience in customer service Marketing experience is a plus Excellent organizational skills Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English. Ability to analyze information effectively and provide appropriate solutions. Full-Time
