Launch Program, the Associates will work directly with the Operator and the Chick-fil-A Capitol Hill East leadership team to ensure the restaurant pursues its vision of

communities and individuals and will transition to owning other functional areas of the restaurant and business besides marketing during the program . Responsibilities Execute Position Responsibilities Completes team member training to ensure understanding of core functions of the business before stepping into a leadership role Assumes a Director role in the business owning an entire department of the business: Food Quality and Safety, Human Resources, Marketing, Operations, Recruitment and Selection, Training, or Financial Management Frequently reviews metrics to know where the department stands Develops 90-day marketing plan that aligns with national roll-out of promotions concrete goals for percentage increase in sales and transactions Arranges community and store events to increase brand awareness of Chick-fil-A in community Ensures Chick-fil-A cow is present at community and store events Develops strategy for giving away free food at the store Develops and executes on social media strategy that supports marketing plan- includes updated Facebook, Instagram accounts, and website. Develops and changes restaurant signage to support marketing plans and local events. Ensures POP is displayed properly and all marketing materials are to brand standard and to Chick-fil-A's VIS (Visual Identity Standard). Thriving Development Launch Benefits Hourly Wage:
You will be paid a base hourly wage of $24.00 per hour. The expectation is that you will be working approximately 42 hours a week. Any time over 40 hours a week will be paid time and a half.

Health, Vision, and Dental Benefits:
Chick-fil-A Capitol Hill East DTO currently provides $275 per month to a Director, Coordinator, and Launch Program participants' health, vision, and dental insurance if the individual uses our insurance. The individual pays for the remainder of the insurance cost depending on the plan they choose. You can purchase coverage for a spouse and dependents through our plan.
