Job Description
We are looking for a creative and driven Programs and Marketing Associate to join our team at Sky Zone Newark. This role is the engine behind our park programs, events, membership growth and Social Media Outreach. The ideal candidate is someone who can generate fresh ideas, bring them to life, and actively promote them both in the community and online. This role will also support daily park operations. Key Responsibilities Programs and Events — Primary Focus Develop creative programs and event concepts to drive guest traffic and engagement at the park. Plan, coordinate, and execute programs from concept to completion including themed events, seasonal promotions, camps, fundraisers, and special sessions Identify and pursue outreach opportunities with schools, daycares, churches, community organizations, and other local groups. Represent Sky Zone Newark at outreach events and school visits to promote programs and memberships Track program performance and provide feedback and recommendations to management Membership Growth Actively promote and sell Sky Zone Newark memberships to guests and community partners Develop creative strategies and incentives to drive membership sign ups Follow up with potential members and maintain relationships with existing members Meet membership targets set by management Identify opportunities to convert walk in guests into members Digital and Social Media Outreach Create and post engaging content across social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook Promote programs, events, and membership offers digitally Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner Stay current on trends to keep Sky Zone Newark visible and relevant online Park Operations Support Park Operation as assigned by the General Manager. Address guest concerns and maintain a safe and enjoyable environment Support day-to-day administrative tasks as needed
