ESCOL Network is a music and entertainment company specializing in the Latin Christian Music Industry. The company provides various artists and label services, such as talent management, artist development, marketing, and music publishing. This internship for college credit or hands on experience.
Job Description:
The Label Management Intern will assist the Label Manager with day-to-day operational tasks. We're looking for an enthusiastic and hard-working student who is well versed in music publishing, copyright law, and current music business practices. The student must also understand the present landscape of Latin Christian Music. All student candidates must be currently enrolled in a college, university, or technical school. Candidates should display strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as ingenuity, and an eagerness to learn.
Responsibilities:
Assist in coordinating communications and initiatives between labels, artists, management teams, and internal stakeholders to support release campaigns and commercial objectives. Provide administrative and project support to label management teams, helping track deliverables, timelines, and campaign performance. Assist with providing managerial guidance for the label management team on day to day operating issues and guiding best practices Work along with the internal Digital Marketing team to help prepare, plan, and manage marketing and media strategy campaigns Contribute to the release process and help ensure that all aspects of it are properly managed in a timely manner, including the distribution of relevant marketing and promotional assets, retail planning, etc. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in music business or relevant field
