We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing & Client Engagement Associate to support a growing financial advisory practice. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, creative, and passionate about helping build a strong brand and client community, particularly within the affluent market segment.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

Create, schedule, and manage content across platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) to enhance visibility and credibility.

Lead Generation:

Develop and implement digital and grassroots marketing strategies to attract qualified leads within an affluent demographic.

Client Events:

Plan and execute client appreciation and prospecting events that strengthen relationships and build referrals.

Website Management:

Maintain and update website content to reflect current services, insights, and events.

Scheduling & Coordination:

Assist with appointment scheduling, client communications, and maintaining an organized calendar.

CRM & Marketing Tools:

Utilize CRM systems, email marketing tools, and data analytics to track engagement and refine outreach strategies.

Brand Support:

Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all client touchpoints.

Qualifications:

At least 1 year of Financial Services/Wealth Management experience required

Pay:

$40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
