Assist with promotional campaigns that strengthen the Frontier brand and support customer acquisition goals. Track daily outreach activity, customer interactions, and campaign performance accurately. Participate in ongoing Sales and Marketing Assistant training focused on customer engagement, brand representation, and marketing development. Qualifications of the Sales and Marketing Assistant High school diploma or GED preferred. Internship or previous experience in marketing, communications, sales, business administration, customer service, or a related field is helpful but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for working directly with customers and representing a trusted brand. Interest in marketing, brand development, and customer engagement.
