Operations & Marketing Associate Position
  • Momento (Tampa Bay Buccaneers) Momento is currently accepting applications for a Operations & Marketing Associate position based near Tampa, FL.
This role offers a motivated individual hands-on experience with a dynamic sports technology company. Momento is a sports fan experience service that captures the rollercoaster ride of every moment from every game, providing fans with a truly one-of-a-kind keepsake. Additionally, Momento helps teams and brands connect with their audience on a deeper level through unique analytics and insights. Job Description
  • Support Momento with all on-site clients in the Tampa market
  • Serve as brand ambassador for Momento's SnapSquad
  • Assist with various tasks within the Marketing department
  • Engage with fans and promote free fan deliverables
  • Maintain a general understanding of Momento technology to assist with client needs.
  • Operate Momento systems for clients as needed.
  • Assist with marketing strategies, social media, brainstorming, and problem-solving for all Momento clients.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for metropolitan Tampa clients for any on-site needs.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends on site during the 2026 NFL seasons Job Requirements
  • Currently enrolled as a student at a Tampa-area college or university.
  • Summer & weekend availability through January 2027 required.
  • Ability to commute to and from Raymond-James Stadium through August 2026 to January 2027.
  • Strong desire to pursue a career in sports.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Effective and professional communication skills when interacting with staff.
  • 5-10 hours per week.
  • $20/hour.
  • No overtime or benefits are provided for this role.
