Our client is looking for a motivated Junior Marketing Assistant to join their in-store activation team. This is a face-to-face role where you'll represent well-known brands inside major retail environments, create positive customer experiences, and support engaging promotional activations. As a Junior Marketing Assistant, you'll learn how to connect with different types of customers, understand their needs, confidently communicate product information, and support the sales process. No previous experience is required, as full training is provided. What the Role Involves You'll be working directly with customers at interactive in-store activations, helping create a welcoming environment and making sure every customer interaction is positive and professional. You'll develop practical experience across customer engagement, sales, communication, and promotional activity while working closely with an experienced team. Key Responsibilities Represent brands at in-store promotional activations and pop-up stands Start friendly, natural conversations with customers Build rapport and create positive customer experiences Ask questions to understand customer needs and interests Communicate product features, benefits, and solutions clearly Support sales conversations and contribute towards team targets Increase brand and product awareness through face-to-face engagement Work collaboratively with the team during daily activations Help set up, maintain, and close down activation areas Keep the activation space organised, professional, and welcoming What's In It For You Full training in customer engagement, sales, and promotional activity No previous experience required Weekly pay of $900 OTE (base pay plus performance incentives) Hands-on experience in a fast-paced, people-focused environment Opportunities to develop communication, sales, and leadership skills Clear progression opportunities into senior, coaching, or management positions A supportive team environment where you can learn and develop Ready to Take the Next Step?
