Inside Sales & Marketing Associate Kennesaw, GA | Full-Time, On-Site | Monday-Friday Position Overview We are a growing wholesale cabinet distributor focused on making business easier for dealers, builders, and designers through quality products, reliable service, and streamlined operations. The Inside Sales & Marketing Associate is a support-level, customer-facing role focusing on account growth, sales activity, and day-to-day marketing needs. The position combines relationship building, organized follow-up, basic content creation, and cross-functional support in a fast-paced startup environment. Job Duties & Tasks Connect with new and existing accounts through cold, warm, and hot calls, email follow-up, and occasional in-person interaction. Help onboard and activate new dealers, builders, contractors, and designers. Guide customers through products, samples, programs, ordering processes, and available sales resources. Manage and grow assigned local and house accounts through consistent follow-up and relationship building. Support independent sales representatives with quotes, order entry, follow-up, projects, and open opportunities. Maintain accurate customer, lead, pipeline, and sales activity in CRM and internal systems. Assist with company marketing and brand content. Create, schedule, and maintain social media posts and campaigns across major platforms. Create or update flyers, email graphics, promotions, sales tools, and other digital or printed materials using web-based design platforms. Organize product imagery, marketing assets, samples, and dealer resources. Work with Customer Service, Claims, Operations, and leadership to support customer needs and company priorities. Assist with trade shows, customer events, or company travel approximately 1-2 times per year. Support other sales, marketing, administrative, or company projects as startup priorities evolve. Skills & Qualifications Entry-level experience or education in sales, customer service, marketing, business, or a related field. Comfortable making outbound calls, following up with leads, and communicating professionally by phone, email, and in person. Basic experience creating or maintaining social media content and campaigns. Basic experience with web-based graphic design or content creation platforms. Strong organization, attention to detail, time management, and follow-through. Comfortable learning CRM, ERP, order management, reporting, and other internal systems. Working knowledge of Microsoft and Google productivity tools preferred. B2B, wholesale distribution, building materials, construction, or cabinetry experience is a plus, but not required.
