Exceptional Community Services is currently hiring a Sales, Marketing & Executive Assistant to CEO in Monroe, GA. This is a part-time role with the expectation of 50 hours per month. Sales, Marketing & Executive Assistant to CEO is a newly created, high-impact, cross-functional role driving revenue growth and supporting executive operations. This individual will lead business development and marketing initiatives while partnering closely with the CEO on strategy and execution. As the role evolves, there is a strong opportunity for advancement and expanded scope based on organizational needs and individual performance. Success requires strong commercial judgment, operational discipline, and the ability to prioritize competing demands. Exceptional Community Services is a mission-driven nonprofit focused on helping individuals live fulfilling, independent lives through person-centered support, advocacy, and community involvement. Job Duties :
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, while building client relationships to drive retention and growth Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams to support expansion Track pipeline performance, maintain CRM accuracy, and deliver forecasts and insights for decision-making Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns while ensuring consistent brand presence across channels Develop sales and marketing materials, and analyze campaign performance to optimize ROI Partner with leadership and the CEO on go-to-market strategy and key strategic initiatives Provide executive support to the CEO, including scheduling, communications, reporting, and follow-ups on priorities
Job Requirements :
Bachelor's degree required; business, marketing or related field preferred 2-5+ years of experience in sales, marketing or executive support(hybrid experience strongly preferred) High level of organization, adaptability and ownership Proficiency with CRM systems, marketing tools and Microsoft Office/ Google Workspace If you thrive in a fast-paced role where client experience and growth go hand in hand, we'd love to hear from you - apply now!
