Every Sales and Marketing Assistant develops practical experience in retail marketing, campaign execution, communications, and customer engagement while supporting the continued growth of the brand. Responsibilities of the Sales and Marketing Assistant Represent the Just Energy brand during retail campaigns by introducing products and services in an engaging, professional manner. Assist with promotional initiatives that increase brand visibility and encourage meaningful customer interactions. Prepare campaign materials and help ensure retail presentations consistently reflect brand standards. Demonstrate products, explain current promotions, and answer questions while supporting campaign objectives. Gather customer feedback and observations that help strengthen future marketing initiatives and overall brand performance. Support promotional rollouts, seasonal campaigns, and retail events while learning how marketing strategies contribute to business growth. Collaborate with teammates to execute daily campaign priorities and maintain consistent brand messaging. Continue developing communication, campaign coordination, and retail marketing experience while growing as a Sales and Marketing Assistant. Qualifications of the Sales and Marketing Assistant Previous experience in retail, promotions, hospitality, marketing, communications, customer service, or events is beneficial but not required. Interested in learning how retail marketing campaigns strengthen brand awareness. Enjoys working in energetic environments where every day brings new experiences.
