Full Job Description About Us:

CGT Aesthetics is a growing, modern aesthetic practice specializing in injectables, laser treatments, skin rejuvenation, and medical weight loss. We pride ourselves on delivering natural, high-quality results and an exceptional patient experience. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a creative and motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our team.

Position Overview:

The Marketing Assistant will play a key role in building and maintaining CGT Aesthetics' brand presence. This individual will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing marketing content across multiple platforms, with a strong focus on social media and patient engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and manage social media content (posts, stories, and reels) across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) Plan and execute marketing campaigns and content calendars Develop and send marketing emails and newsletters Design promotional materials including flyers, graphics, and event invitations Assist with planning and promoting in-office events and community outreach initiatives Capture photo and video content in-office for marketing use Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments/messages in a timely manner Stay up to date on social media trends and aesthetic industry marketing strategies

Qualifications:

Experience in social media marketing and content creation Strong eye for aesthetics, branding, and visual storytelling Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Instagram, and basic video editing apps Excellent written and verbal communication skills Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects Experience in aesthetics, healthcare, or beauty industry is a plus
