We are seeking a dynamic educator committed to high-quality undergraduate business education. As a member of our faculty, you will play an active role in shaping the marketing acumen of our students through engaging instruction, curriculum innovation, and intentional mentorship. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated scholar to contribute to an AACSB-accredited program in a supportive, student-centered environment. Key Responsibilities The Visiting Assistant Professor is a full-time, non-tenure track role dedicated to instructional excellence.
Your main duties will include:
Instructional Delivery:
Teach 9-12 credit hours per semester. Course load includes Principles of Marketing, International Marketing, Strategic Marketing Management, and other electives based on your expertise and departmental requirements.
Curriculum Development:
Participate in ongoing continuous improvement efforts to ensure our curriculum remains relevant to current industry trends.
Student Mentorship:
Actively support student success through academic advising, mentorship, and maintaining regular office hours to ensure accessibility.
Service:
Engage in School and University service activities appropriate for a visiting faculty appointment.
Required Qualifications Education:
PhD or DBA in Marketing from an AACSB-accredited institution.
Note:
ABD candidates nearing completion are encouraged to apply.
Teaching Excellence:
Demonstrated ability or strong potential for excellence in teaching, with a primary focus on undergraduate students.
Communication:
Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to foster an engaging learning environment.
Subject Matter Expertise:
