Robert Half Marketing Associate Acton, MA Apply Description Robert Half's client is looking for a Marketing Associate for a 3‑month contract in the Greater Boston area. This is a hybrid, 40‑hour‑per‑week opportunity; candidates must be willing and able to work onsite 3 days per week. The Marketing Associate will support day‑to‑day marketing initiatives including event coordination, social media content, and marketing operations. This role is ideal for an entry-level marketer who is eager to gain hands‑on experience in a B2B, client‑facing environment. Key Responsibilities Support the planning and coordination of marketing events, including logistics, scheduling, and internal communications Assist with the execution of day‑to‑day marketing projects and task management across the marketing team Create, schedule, and publish social media content to support brand awareness and engagement Design simple marketing materials and social media assets using Canva Provide administrative and project‑based support to help streamline marketing workflows and offload tasks from senior team members Collaborate with cross‑functional internal teams to ensure clear communication and timely execution of marketing initiatives Requirements Degree in marketing, communications or related 1+ year of marketing experience, including relevant internship experience Experience working with marketing events Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong social media management and content creation skills Knowledge of Canva Experience supporting marketing initiatives in professional services, manufacturing, B2B, or regulated industries is preferred Strong ability to interact with clients and stakeholders effectively while contributing positively to team collaboration Knowledge of CMS tools (Sitecore, WordPress, or related) a plus Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or related) preferred Self-starter, detail-oriented, & strong project management skills Innovation starts with people.® Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
