Marketing Assistant

Sterilite is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support a variety of marketing, packaging, retail, and reporting initiatives. Position Summary The Marketing Assistant supports the Marketing team across a range of projects, including reporting, packaging coordination, retail support, content requests, showroom updates, and marketing operations. This role works closely with Marketing, Sales, Graphics, and other cross-functional teams to help keep projects organized, accurate, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing & Project Support Support marketing initiatives, product launches, retailer programs, and merchandising projects Coordinate content requests and marketing support materials Reporting & Analysis Compile advertising and promotional reporting, category reporting, and other recurring reports Prepare recap reports and support ad hoc analysis Retail & Market Support Conduct retail surveys / retail audits in-store and online to monitor product placement, pricing, assortment, and competitive activity Assist with retailer reviews and summarize marketplace observations Packaging & Product Support Support packaging development and packaging updates Coordinate product label requests Marketing Operations & Asset Management Maintain marketing databases, product files, and other internal records to ensure accuracy and consistency Coordinate catalog printing and help organize samples and presentation materials Showroom & Display Support Assist with showroom updates and display updates for meetings, presentations, and internal reviews Help maintain organization of marketing sample and storage areas Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Merchandising, or a related field 0-2 years of relevant experience in marketing, retail, consumer products, or a related field Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word For over 85 years Sterilite has manufactured household and storage products that help people to organize their lives.
