We're looking for energetic, motivated individuals to join our team as a Retail Event Marketing Assistant. You'll be the face of exciting events and pop-up shops, engaging with customers to introduce products and services, and driving sales and enrollments. If you enjoy working with people in a fast-paced environment and want to learn event marketing and sales, this is the role for you!

Compensation & Benefits:

Commission-based pay structure following a 4-6 week paid training period. Average representatives earn $800-$1,200 per week. Top representatives earn $1,200-$2,500+ per week. Key Responsibilities:

Represent brands at events in high-traffic retail locations Engage customers, present products, and drive sales or enrollments Create memorable experiences for customers to increase brand loyalty Set up and maintain event displays to attract customers Meet daily, weekly, and campaign goals Learn and use proven sales techniques and customer engagement strategies Work with the team to improve event outcomes

Qualifications :

No experience required (though sales or retail experience is a plus) Must be 18+ years old Reliable transportation to travel to event locations Ability to lift up to 35lbs and stand for long periods
