As a Sales and Marketing Assistant, you'll work directly with customers, support creative brand campaigns, and help introduce AT&T's products and services through engaging conversations. Every Sales and Marketing Assistant plays an important role in strengthening brand awareness, delivering clear communications, and supporting retail marketing initiatives that connect customers with technology they use every day. Responsibilities of the Sales and Marketing Assistant Represent the AT&T brand with professionalism while interacting directly with customers inside retail locations. Support retail marketing campaigns by delivering engaging communications that introduce AT&T products, services, and offers. Learn about each customer's needs and explain solutions in a clear, informative, and approachable way. Help execute brand initiatives that increase customer engagement and strengthen retail visibility. Build positive customer relationships through strong communications and outstanding service. Collaborate with fellow Sales and Marketing Assistants to support daily campaign objectives and create memorable customer experiences. Maintain knowledge of current products, marketing initiatives, and brand messaging to ensure consistent customer communications. Continue developing leadership, professional communications, customer engagement, and marketing skills through ongoing coaching as a Sales and Marketing Assistant. Qualifications of the Sales and Marketing Assistant Interested in sales, marketing, customer engagement, communications, or brand development. Previous experience in retail, hospitality, restaurants, customer service, campus organizations, or another people-focused environment is helpful but not required. Comfortable speaking with customers in face-to-face retail settings. Strong interpersonal and communications skills with a positive, outgoing attitude. Creative, motivated, and excited to represent a nationally recognized brand. Coachable, dependable, and eager to learn new skills. Interested in launching a professional career as a Sales and Marketing Assistant while building experience in retail marketing and brand representation. Passionate about creating meaningful customer interactions through effective communications and innovative marketing campaigns as a Sales and Marketing Assistant.
