Youzey Retail, a fast-growing company, is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Associate to support the day-to-day marketing operations of our fashion website and digital commerce company. This role is ideal for a highly organized, upbeat team member who has strong written and verbal communication skills, is highly proficient on the computer, and enjoys a fast-paced environment. This is a hands-on position on a small, collaborative team where each member is an integral part of daily operations. About the Role The Marketing Associate plays a key role in supporting TV and online sales events, writing copy for product descriptions, maintaining a library of marketing photography, assisting the sales staff in sending product samples, as well as a number of other tasks that change seasonally. While it won't be your primary responsibility, you will need to interact via Teams and on the phone with customers and vendors in an upbeat and professional manner. As with any small team, this role also means being ready to pitch in outside your usual responsibilities when the business needs it — flexibility and a willingness to jump in wherever needed are essential. Key Responsibilities Writing copy for product descriptions Supporting TV and online sales events Assisting with customer service Maintaining product photo library, pricing, copy, and SKU data Packing and shipping marketing materials and samples to prospective customers Occasionally taking photos for social media platforms Supporting social media activity Answering incoming phone calls and responding to customer service emails Qualifications Extremely proficient with computers, including MS Office Suite Comfortable learning new software platforms Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills — this role requires someone who is consistently organized Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent command of English and a genuine, upbeat approach to customer service Must have reliable personal transportation (own a car) Must live within approximately 30 minutes of our office Ideal Candidate Proactive, organized, efficient, and computer-savvy — someone who works well with others and thrives both independently and as part of a supportive, collaborative team.
