We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Sales & Marketing Assistant to join our team. This role offers an opportunity to support marketing initiatives and contribute to our sales growth. Duties Data Entry Process orders placed via phone, e-mail, and from our website Assist with image preparation for our catalogs and website Assist with reviewing PO confirmations Customer Service Answer incoming calls Provide support to our walk-in pick-up counter Contact prospects and slow / inactive accounts Miscellaneous Assist in preparing inflated balloons for customer orders Proofread catalogs and marketing materials Assist with social media content generation Hours and Shifts Monday-Friday 9:00 AM-5:30 PM, 9:30 AM-6:00 PM Requirements Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within deadlines.
