Job Description

Job description We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Front Desk Associate to join our team! This is a multifaceted role focused on providing exceptional customer service and maintaining the smooth daily operations of our wellness space.
The Opportunity:
While this role begins with a focus on studio operations and client experience, we are looking for a candidate with an interest or background in Social Media Marketing. For the right fit, there is the potential to expand this position in a few months to include managing our digital presence. •This is a part-time position; 7-20 hours/week.
Core Responsibilities Client Experience:
Work alongside owners, staff, and practitioners to build welcoming experiences for all clients.
Inquiry Management:
Handle incoming inquiries regarding classes and services via walk-ins, emails, and phone calls.
Wellness Services:
Operate the Halotherapy generator, Wellness Lounge, and infrared sauna, and facilitate client sessions.
Studio Care:
Maintain a high-standard environment through general cleaning and laundry duties.
Operational Detail:
Manage administrative details, including scheduling, client notes, and follow-up communications.
Requirements Communication:
Excellent written and verbal skills; comfortable communicating face-to-face, via phone, and email.
Tech-Savvy:
Willingness to learn our management software and tools like Wix or Canva.
Reliability:
A dependable professional who can work independently with remote supervision. Attention to
Detail:
A high level of precision and a genuine interest in learning about our wellness offerings. Authorized to work in the US. The "Future Fit": Social Media & Marketing If you have experience in the following, please highlight it in your application, as we intend to eventually integrate these duties:
Content & Curation:
Designing brand-aligned Reels, Stories, and posts for Instagram and Facebook.
Community Management:
Engaging with followers and responding to inquiries to build brand loyalty.
Platform Management:
Scheduling content and using Meta Business Suite to monitor growth.
Event Promotion:
Creating Facebook Events for upcoming workshops and classes.
Visuals:
Using Canva to maintain a cohesive aesthetic. Photography and videography skills are a plus!
