Entry-Level Associate — Inventory & Fulfillment Filigree Jewelers | North Loop, Minneapolis, MN | Part-time or Full-time, Tuesday-Saturday About the role Due to our rapid growth, we are seeking an energetic multi-tasker to join our team in an entry-level role. You'll handle inventory processing and order fulfillment day to day, with possible opportunities to contribute to our social media presence and pick up other tasks as they come up. This is a fast-paced environment, so we need someone who thrives on variety and can juggle priorities without missing a beat. This position can be part-time or full-time, and part-time may lead to full-time. No jewelry experience is required — we'll train you on our systems and processes. What you'll do Process incoming inventory: receive, inspect, catalog, and prepare pieces for sale. Fulfill and ship customer orders accurately and on time. Support our social media efforts (photos, posting, light content help). Take on other tasks as needed across the team. What we're looking for An energetic multi-tasker who works well in a high-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Comfortable learning new software and systems. Reliable and punctual for the schedule below. Experience with digital marketing, social media, or AI a plus. No prior experience required — this is an entry-level position.
