Manage key accounts through effective account management practices, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with marketing teams to design campaigns that increase brand awareness and generate new business opportunities. Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, analyze data, and optimize outreach efforts. Identify market trends and analyze competitor activities to refine sales tactics and expand our reach. Other administrative duties as needed.
