Department:

Montana Stockgrowers Association Purpose of Job:

To assist in the implementation and coordination of the Montana Stockgrowers Association's programs, with a focus on marketing and social media execution. This role supports the planning, organization, and delivery of marketing, communications, and social media initiatives, helping to promote the Association's mission, engage members and stakeholders, and enhance overall brand visibility across platforms.

Duties and Responsibilities:

MARKETING

Assist with collecting and coordinating updates for www.mtbeef.org from all staff members. Assist with updating MSGA's website utilizing WordPress.

SOCIAL MEDIA

Produce member outreach content through social media tools like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube, etc. Assist with the design of association social media posts, primarily using Canva. Create video content for social media and other platforms.

MEMBERSHIP

Assist the Membership Representative with membership data input using the association's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) NEON software. Assist the Membership Representative with membership mailings, membership acknowledgements and other membership communication pieces. OTHER Contribute the organization's membership strategy, value proposition, and business metrics. Other duties as assigned.
