Position Overview The Marketing & Design Associate will support marketing execution, product photography, digital content creation, and cross-channel brand consistency across EF, R&B, and Wayfair platforms. This role is highly hands-on and ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, visually creative, and excited to work across multiple parts of the business. Key Responsibilities

• EFPhotography & Content Creation Photograph all high-profile, model room, and new product items Edit and prepare product photography for marketing and web use Create monthly product recap presentations Develop monthly summaries for imported items based on QC reports Events & Trade Shows Support social media posting and capture marketing leads during events Coordinate logistics with shipping teams and carriers for inbound and outbound product movement Creative & Inventory Coordination Track marketing collateral inventory sent to Sales Representatives (3x per year) Reorder materials as needed to maintain availability Content Planning Schedule weekly social media content in collaboration with the graphic designer Product Launch Support Assist with monthly product launches including: Photoshop editing Creation of cut sheets Website batch uploads BDNY Support Support product design input and industry trend research Develop digital and print assets (website updates, spec sheets, social content, on-site event coverage, and teasers) Travel to Trade Shows Key Responsibilities•R&B Marketing Operations Manage Trade Program memberships, including documentation and compliance tracking Photography & Content Photograph and edit all finished goods Prepare monthly product recap presentations Social Media Scheduling Plan and schedule weekly content across platforms including Instagram and Pinterest Quality & Inventory Control Review products throughout the manufacturing process, from material inspection to final photography Track and manage swatch and mailer inventory; reorder as needed Key Responsibilities•WayfairProduct Photography & Content Photograph and edit finished goods for marketplace listings Prepare monthly product summary presentations Quality Assurance Review product quality throughout production and ensure consistency through final presentation Maintain and manage swatch and mailer inventory, including reordering Required Skills & Tools Canva WordPress Microsoft Excel Adobe Acrobat Adobe Photoshop ChatGPT / Midjourney (AI-assisted creative tools) Photography & Videography (product-focused)
