This is an entry-level, PRN (as-needed) position with no guaranteed set schedule . Hours will vary based on marketing events, community outreach opportunities, and practice needs. What You'll Do Represent Luma Dental Studio at community events, networking opportunities, health fairs, and local businesses. Build relationships within the community to increase awareness of our practice. Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms. Create, edit, and schedule content for social media and other marketing channels. Help coordinate promotional events, giveaways, and outreach initiatives. Capture photos and videos for social media and marketing content. Conduct market research and monitor marketing performance. Assist with administrative marketing tasks and maintain organized marketing materials. Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent branding and messaging. Opportunity to transition into a regular part-time or full-time schedule as the practice continues to grow. Qualifications This is an entry-level position. Prior marketing experience preferred. Experience in marketing, communications, customer service, sales, event planning, or community outreach is a plus , but we are willing to train the right candidate. Experience with Canva, social media platforms, photography, or content creation is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to attend community events. Comfortable speaking with the public and promoting the practice.
