PART-TIME MARKETING & SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR
Manchester, NH | Part-Time | $22•25/Hour The Nagler Group The Nagler Group is actively recruiting for a Part-Time Marketing & Social Media Coordinator on behalf of a growing client based in Manchester, NH. This is a great opportunity for a creative, organized marketing professional looking for a flexible part-time schedule with a collaborative and forward-thinking team. Position Overview The Marketing & Social Media Coordinator will support the day-to-day execution of marketing initiatives, social media content, and brand communications. This individual will play a key role in managing the company's online presence, creating engaging content, and supporting broader marketing efforts to drive visibility and audience growth. Responsibilities Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and others as needed Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with the online community Support the development of email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and digital content Assist with the creation of marketing materials including graphics, flyers, and promotional content Track and report on social media performance metrics and make recommendations for improvement Maintain brand consistency across all marketing and communications channels Collaborate with internal teams to support event promotion, product launches, and company announcements Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in marketing, social media, or a related role Proficiency with major social media platforms and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, or similar) Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with keen attention to detail Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite a plus Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar) preferred Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
Compensation & Schedule Pay Rate:
$22•25 per hour, commensurate with experience
Schedule:
Part-time hours; specific schedule to be discussed during the interview process
