Job Description

Hazelet Realty Group is growing, and we're looking for a reliable, organized, and motivated Part-Time Administrative & Marketing Assistant to join our team. This is a part-time position (20-25 hours per week) with room for growth and advancement for the right candidate. 20-25 hours per week Flexible schedule with occasional evening or weekend availability as needed Located at our Brick office: Real estate experience is a plus, but not required Social media management and content posting across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other major platforms Create and schedule marketing content General administrative support Database and CRM management Client and agent communication Marketing and event assistance Miscellaneous office tasks as needed Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable with technology and social media Creative and marketing-minded Self-motivated and able to work independently Professional, dependable, and positive Willing to learn and grow with our company Experience with Canva is a plus
Pay:
From $16.00 per hour
