Category Business Development Description East Coast Warehouse Corp. is seeking a Marketing Associate to support our transportation, logistics, warehousing, and supply chain operations. This role will be responsible for creating marketing content, managing digital communications, promoting company services, supporting business development efforts, and strengthening our brand presence. Key Responsibilities Create, schedule and publish content across social media platforms to increase brand awareness and promote transportation, warehousing and logistics services (LinkedIn and Facebook). Monitor and maintain the company's online presence and social media platforms. Create, maintain and update content for internal digital signage across company locations and events. Coordinate company sponsorships, trade shows, conferences, golf outings and promotional activities. Design digital and print advertisements aligned with brand standards and marketing objectives. Collaborate with the Sales team to develop support materials including presentations, customer-facing materials and promotional collateral. Support special projects and cross-functional initiatives by providing research, coordination, and marketing support as needed. Design event branding, promotional merchandise and swag for corporate events and company initiatives. Manage the ordering, inventory and distribution of company swag and promotional items. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and company communications. Manage marketing projects related to sales initiatives and website development, ensuring timely execution and alignment with company branding and business goals. Assist with drafting and editing press releases to support company announcements. Manage marketing asset library including photos, logos, graphics, presentations and templates. Track marketing expenses for events, campaigns and promotional items. Position Requirements Skills Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Canva, WordPress and social media platforms. Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing best practices. Personal Attributes Proactive and detail-oriented with a strong sense of initiative. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Creative mindset with strong design and branding abilities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 1-3 years of marketing experience. Experience with social media management and content creation.
