This role is ideal for candidates with a background in accounting, finance, business analysis, or a related field who enjoy working with data, coordinating across global stakeholders, and improving operational processes. Insurance industry experience is welcome but not required. Key Responsibilities Support the administration and coordination of multinational insurance programs Analyze operational, financial, and business data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities Prepare management reports, presentations, and business analyses using Excel and PowerPoint Coordinate with Head Office, overseas affiliates, and external business partners Monitor and maintain country-specific regulatory and operational information Support the management of global program systems, user access, and operational processes Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality Provide project coordination and administrative support for senior business leaders Assist with meetings, events, and stakeholder communications Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and summarize complex data Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong PowerPoint skills Excellent organizational and communication skills Business-level proficiency in English and Japanese preferred Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, international environment Insurance industry experience is preferred but not required
