Full Job Description Marketing Representative FSLA Status:

About the position As a Marketing Representative, you will play a pivotal role in supporting various sales enablement processes and marketing initiatives within our organization. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks aimed at enhancing our marketing efforts, supporting the sales team, and ensuring the smooth operation of various marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Support all Sales Enablement processes, including but not limited to RFPs and RFIs, by coordinating with relevant stakeholders to gather necessary information and ensure timely completion. Assist in the creation and maintenance of marketing collaterals such as White Papers, 1-Pagers, and Capability Decks, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with company messaging and branding guidelines. Provide support to the Marketing Department with the Global Intranet, ensuring content relevancy and accessibility to internal stakeholders. Collaborate with the team to update and maintain media content management ensuring that all assets are organized and readily available for marketing campaigns and initiatives. Update and maintain content on our RFI content hosting platform, Responsive (formerly RFPIO), ensuring that information is up-to-date and accessible to relevant teams. Assist Marketing Department with digital marketing efforts including email campaigns, SEOs, data reporting, social campaigns, web site updates, content development and more. Assist in the preparation and submission of award nominations for both the company and its customers, showcasing our achievements and excellence in the industry.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Communications and/or Marketing Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on attention to detail and clarity. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign skills are a plus), with the ability to quickly learn new software tools. Familiarity with email marketing platforms. Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and work independently, while also collaborating effectively within a team environment. Experience in project management, particularly in managing timeline-driven tasks and delivering results within set deadlines. Knowledge of the event industry is a plus. Experience in video content creation is a plus.
