Marketing Associate

Position Title:

Marketing Associate Manager Role Description:

Develop, schedule, publish, and manage content across social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok) Create visually compelling digital assets for social media, websites, email campaigns, and online promotions Ensure brand consistency across all online channels, including tone, visuals, and messaging Manage and update the company website, including content uploads, basic layout changes, and coordination with internal or external developers as needed Monitor social media performance, engagement, and trends, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to align digital content with business objectives Maintain content calendars and ensure timely execution of online marketing activities Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, social media best practices, and design innovations

3-6 years of experience in online marketing, social media management, or digital content creation Knowledge of marketing digital tools and techniques Solid computer skills, including MS Excel, Words, Power point Strong visual and design sensibility with experience using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, or similar Hands-on experience managing corporate social media accounts Experience with website content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or similar platforms Excellent communication and presentation skills
