Job Description

Overview Join a dynamic and fast-paced real estate team as a Full-Time Assistant and Transaction Coordinator (TC)! This vital role combines administrative excellence with client-focused service, ensuring smooth property transactions from start to finish. You will be the backbone of daily operations, coordinating communication between clients, agents, lenders, and escrow officers while managing essential documentation. Duties Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing documents for listings and sales Coordinate all aspects of real estate transactions, from contract to closing, ensuring deadlines are met and compliance with fair housing regulations is maintained Act as the point person on systems acquisition and technical support. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, offering exceptional customer service and clear communication throughout the buying or selling process Assist with marketing efforts by creating property listings, social media posts, and promotional materials to attract potential buyers Negotiate offers and counteroffers on behalf of clients when appropriate, ensuring their best interests are prioritized Manage property management tasks such as scheduling inspections, coordinating repairs, and maintaining property records Stay informed about real estate law updates and local regulations to ensure all transactions adhere to legal standards Qualifications Proven experience in real estate administration or as a transaction coordinator; bilingual or multilingual skills are highly valued for serving diverse clients Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities to effectively liaise with clients and team members Knowledge of marketing strategies specific to real estate to help promote listings effectively Familiarity with fair housing regulations and property management practices to ensure compliant operations Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently under tight deadlines Customer service orientation with a friendly yet professional demeanor that builds trust and rapport Experience with real estate law and legal documentation related to property transactions is preferred This role offers an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of a thriving real estate team dedicated to delivering outstanding service.
