Overview Brand Bar is seeking a creative, energetic, and customer-focused Marketing Assistant & Sales Associate to help drive sales both in-store and online. This role blends retail sales, customer service, social media, content creation, and marketing support to enhance the Brand Bar customer experience and grow our brand presence. Duties Assist with customer service for e-commerce business Assist with e-commerce orders Create engaging Instagram Stories, Reels, posts, and other social content Assist with photography and video content in-store Support influencer and creator partnerships Help create content around new arrivals, products, promotions, and events Assist with maintaining Brand Bar's luxury, fashion-forward brand image Monitor social media engagement and help grow Brand Bar's online presence Support daily store operations and other projects as needed What Success Looks Like Creating memorable customer experiences for online and in store. Driving in-store and online sales. Producing engaging social media content. Supporting successful events and marketing campaigns. Representing the Brand Bar brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.
