Elizann Arizmendi/Personal Lines New Business Marketing Manager About Us Cross Private Client is a boutique Property & Casualty insurance division providing high level customized insurance solutions to individuals and families. Position Summary This role supports ongoing incoming agency referrals with new business marketing and placement while following a workflow from submission through quoting, proposal preparation, binding, and policy issuance. Key Responsibilities Prepare submissions, quotes, and proposal templates. Prepare binding documents and policy issuance. Communicate with assigned carrier underwriters. Maintain AMS60 system records, including Activity and Suspense items, in a timely manner. Adhere to outlined workflows and compliance items. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Personal Lines insurance experience preferred. P&C license preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft products, including Outlook and PowerPoint, is a plus.

Compensation:

The base salary range for this role is $65,000-$75,000 annually. Actual compensation will be based on factors including location, skills, experience, and internal equity.
