- Data Science Senior Associate
- at JPMorganChase within Consumer Bank Marketing Analytics, you will own measurement and testing for Chase First Banking marketing campaigns. You will partner closely with stakeholders to design experiments, evaluate performance, and deliver recommendations that strengthen long-term customer relationships and improve retention-while contributing to an inclusive and collaborative team culture.
- Job responsibilities
- + Lead analytics strategy, planning, and execution for Chase First Banking marketing campaigns + Deliver regular campaign performance measurement and reporting + Conduct unstructured, ad hoc analyses of customer behavior and engagement + Execute A/B and incrementality test readouts, including interpretation and recommendations + Perform profitability, optimization, and return-on-investment analyses to inform investment decisions + Consult on experimental design and data collection, developing new measurement approaches with stakeholders and partner teams + Translate results into clear narratives and present insights to stakeholders and senior management + Contribute to innovation initiatives that advance analytics methods and scalability + Collaborate across Marketing Analytics and Test Design teams while supporting an inclusive team environment + Maintain a rigorous controls environment to ensure accurate, timely, and reproducible results •Required qualifications, capabilities and skills•+ Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (e.
