We embrace a GaryVee-style marketing approach focused on documenting, creating at volume, moving quickly, understanding platform culture, and turning everyday business activity into engaging content. Responsibilities Film, edit, and publish short-form content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Snapchat, and other platforms. Help manage client social media accounts and content calendars. Write captions, posts, and promotional copy. Attend client businesses and events to capture content. Identify trends, content opportunities, and new ideas. Assist with basic graphic design, websites, Google Business Profiles, and digital marketing. Organize client content and marketing assets. What We're Looking For Creative, dependable, organized, and comfortable working independently. Strong understanding of social media and current trends. Comfortable filming and editing video. Strong communication skills and ability to work professionally with clients. Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or similar tools is a plus. A demonstrated ability to create content that performs well and generates strong views, engagement, or growth is a major plus. Experience is preferred, but we will train the right person.
