//direct2.aero/ The role We're hiring an entry-level Marketing Associate to help more of the right people find Direct2 — locally in Central Oregon and across our regional network. You'll build content, run day-to-day digital channels, support local outreach, and help turn charter stories and aircraft-management wins into growth. You'll work closely with leadership; this is a hands-on seat, not a spectator role. What you'll do

• Create and schedule social content (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook)
• Draft short copy for emails, web updates, promotions
• Support local Bend / Central Oregon outreach
• Keep website/listings current
• Track basic performance weekly
• Coordinate photo/video with ops guidance
• Light CRM / lead hygiene
• Other marketing/admin as needed What we're looking for
• Interest in aviation, travel, or Central Oregon lifestyle brands
• Clear friendly writing
• Instagram/LinkedIn comfort; bonus Canva/analytics/CRM
• Organized and reliable
• Comfortable around airport environment
• Degree or equivalent preferred not required
