We are seeking a highly organized and creative Product Marketing & Commercialization Associate to support strategic marketing initiatives, product launches, brand communications, and commercialization projects across the organization. This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional who enjoys managing multiple projects, collaborating across departments, and helping drive business growth through impactful marketing and communication strategies. Position Summary The Product Marketing & Commercialization Associate will support and execute marketing initiatives that strengthen brand presence, drive product commercialization, and enhance both internal and external communications. This role plays a key part in catalog management, website updates, trade show coordination, social media engagement, commercialization projects, and sales support initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Marketing & Commercialization Support product commercialization initiatives and cross-functional project coordination Manage timelines, communication, and file organization for commercialization projects Coordinate product certification projects including BPI, CalRecycle, and related programs Assist with RFP submissions, awarded project tracking, and implementation activities Catalogs, Branding & Marketing Materials Lead updates and revamps of company catalogs, including specialized customer-focused editions Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, and vendors to ensure timely project completion Develop and manage sell sheets, promotional materials, and custom marketing collateral Website & Digital Marketing Coordinate website redesign projects and ongoing content updates Help improve website usability, visuals, and brand consistency Manage the company LinkedIn account and support social media engagement initiatives Monitor online reviews and support brand reputation management efforts Sales & Customer Support Support sales meetings with presentation materials and follow-up communications Assist with broker evaluations and sales project tracking Manage marketing communications and newsletters for buying group partners Maintain agreements and documentation for broker and customer marketing programs Trade Shows & Events Research and coordinate participation in industry trade shows and internal sales meetings Manage marketing materials, logistics, displays, and onsite event coordination Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred 1+ years of experience in marketing, project coordination, or related roles Strong organizational and project management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite, and Squarespace Experience managing websites, social media accounts, and vendor relationships preferred Why Join Ecopax? $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
