Organization & Team Overview The Xfinity Integration Marketing Communications (IMC) team brings the brand to life through bold storytelling and integrated campaigns that connect with customers at every touchpoint. We turn strategy into creative execution that drives awareness, fuels engagement, and delivers measurable performance against key business goals. Role Description As an IMC Co‑op on the IMC team , you will support the planning, development, and execution of integrated marketing initiatives designed to engage prospects and customers. This role offers a hands‑on opportunity to learn how large‑scale marketing programs come to life—from concept to execution. What are some interesting problems the student will work on? In this role, you will help bridge strategy and execution by supporting a wide range of integrated marketing efforts.
You may:
Assist with the development of marketing campaigns Support messaging and content creation across multiple channels Help coordinate cross‑functional efforts between IMC and other Xfinity stakeholders Analyze performance metrics and contribute insights that help optimize campaigns Where can this student make an impact? Job Responsibilities Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Assist with the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, email, social media, and web channels Support content development and proofreading for marketing materials Help manage project timelines, creative requests, and campaign deliverables Coordinate with internal teams and external partners as needed Maintain knowledge of target audiences, competitors, and industry trends Assist with reporting and analysis of campaign performance Maintain organized documentation, assets, and campaign files Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Preferred Skills Familiarity with marketing analytics and reporting Basic understanding of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva Previous internship, co-op, or project experience in marketing

Marketing, Advertising, Communications Minimum Qualifications and Eligibility Requirements Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree from Drexel University, with a cooperative learning track. Available to work 40 hours per week for 6 months starting September 22, 2026, through March 26, 2027. Base Pay:
$23.00 The application window is 30 days from the date job is posted, unless the number of applicants requires it to close sooner or later. Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work.
