Job Description

Experteer Overview In this role you drive international digital marketing as part of the Global Marketing leadership, building teams, processes, and cross-functional coordination to meet growth and compliance goals. You'll lead budgeting, policy implementation, and talent development while partnering with Strategy & Planning and in-house teams to execute digital strategies. You'll shape the team's direction, ensure executive visibility on progress, and contribute to a culture that values development and performance.
Compensation / Benefits
  • Manage all employees within the assigned teams, including performance reviews and staffing decisions
  • Set goals and objectives for the group and oversee budgeting, planning, and project schedules
  • Create, implement, and maintain policies and procedures within the teams
  • Collaborate with Compliance, HR, and Legal to ensure firm-wide policy adherence
  • Oversee development of training materials and cross-team coordination
  • Provide regular executive communications on progress toward goals
  • Participate in aligning and executing the digital components of annual marketing plans
  • Lead efforts to secure resources and build team structure for future needs
  • Coordinate with Strategy & Planning, fishtank (in-house creative team), and Global Marketing Services Tasks
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 10 years of digital marketing experience with 5+ years in leadership
  • Proven track record in developing teams
  • Strong qualitative and quantitative analysis skills
  • Ability to analyze situations and develop strategic solutions
  • Experience partnering with Strategy & Planning on annual marketing plans
  • Ability to provide strategic insights and executive-level communications
