Job Description

Schlotzsky's is looking for a high-energy, motivated individual to help grow our catering business. If you love social media, enjoy talking to people, and want hands-on experience in sales and brand growth, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

Proactively reach out to potential new catering clients via phone and email.

Social Media Management:

Update and manage our social media presence to showcase our catering options.

Client Relationship Management:

Maintain connections with existing customers to ensure repeat business.

Field Outreach:

Conduct in-person visits to local businesses and offices to drop off menus and build rapport.

Growth Strategy:

Execute creative ideas to boost catering sales for both new and existing accounts.

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication and "people" skills. Comfortable making outbound calls and visits. A "go-getter" attitude with an interest in sales or marketing. Reliable transportation for local site visits.
