The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can manage a variety of marketing tasks, proactively work with clients, and support digital campaigns across multiple platforms. Experience using AI tools such as GPT and Claude is mandatory. Duties & Responsibilities Assist with website staging updates including images, content, banners, and page edits Create and manage content calendars for social media platforms Create daily blog content and social media posts using AI Manage and monitor social media channels and audience engagement Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance Assist in creating graphics and visual content for social media and marketing Review and respond to user comments and messages in a timely manner Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams on campaign ideas and social Maintain project management tools and ensure tasks remain organized and on schedule Communicate with clients via phone, email, and online meetings as needed Complete additional marketing and administrative tasks as assigned Qualifications Background in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or related field preferred Excellent written English with strong copywriting and editing skills Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills Solid understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms, including paid advertising Experience with platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, and X/Twitter Experience with WordPress
