Job Description
Job Overview Our employer, a leader in global medical transportation and repatriation services , is seeking a professional and personable Marketing Assistant - Healthcare Outreach to support the Director of Marketing in building relationships with hospitals and healthcare systems nationwide. Key Responsibilities Make approximately 50-75 outbound calls per day to hospitals and healthcare systems. Connect with Case Management Departments and identify appropriate contacts and decision-makers. Develop professional relationships with Directors of Case Management, Complex Case Managers, and other healthcare professionals involved in complex discharge planning. Obtain and verify contact information and email addresses. Provide information and educational materials about the company's medical repatriation services. Maintain accurate records of contacts and outreach activity. Conduct follow-up with hospital representatives as needed. Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to expand awareness of the company's services. Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of call center or similar expereince Excellent verbal communication and telephone skills.
Must be comfortable on the phone! Professional, confident, and comfortable speaking with healthcare professionals. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls. Dependable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented. Basic computer, email, and data-entry skills. Healthcare or hospital experience is a plus, but not required . About the Role This is not a traditional sales position and does not involve hard selling. The focus is on establishing professional relationships with hospital Case Management teams, identifying the appropriate contacts, and providing information about the company's medical repatriation services. The ideal candidate is professional, personable, reliable, organized, and comfortable communicating by phone throughout the day.
