Directors Assistant

Seeking a Director's Assistant for an upcoming theatrical production of

HAIR THE AMERICAN TRIBAL LOVE-ROCK MUSICAL

set to open in 2026 in Woodstock NY. Tasks include organizing rehearsal schedules, researching various creative and logistical elements, creating basic contracts, helping with fund-raising ideas, organizing, assisting with party planning and publicity events, out-of-the-box brainstorming! The job starts at just 1 day a week but has the potential to expand into more hours as we move forward. I'm looking for someone who has interest in becoming a producer, a stage manager or a coordinator. In addition to this upcoming show there is also a grand original version of

ALICE IN WONDERLAND

in the wings for 2027. And a sitcom in active development

We want to hire someone who is ambitious, positive and fun! I have worked in film and theater for decades and offer a lot of exposure, training, contacts and great stories! Hoping to find a fledgling to take under my wing and help to fully fly! Definite opportunity to move up for the right candidate. There are also films on the slate and other stage ventures to create!

Pay:

$15.00 - $25.00 per hour
