Job Description
As a Downstream Marketing Associate - Sage Injury, you will play a key role in translating marketing strategies into action by partnering closely with our sales teams, customers, and cross-functional partners. This is an ideal opportunity for a commercially driven, problem-solving professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is energized by supporting the field, identifying opportunities, and driving results. In this role, you will build valuable commercial acumen while helping execute sales enablement, customer engagement, events, education, and in-field strategies that strengthen our business and deliver meaningful value to our customers. Hybrid in Cary, IL. Core on-site hours of 8am-4pm Monday-Wednesday, with potential to work from home on Thursday and Friday.
What you will do:
- The Brand Marketing Associate is a problem-solving expert who provides real-time sales enablement, customer and salesforce support, and other key activities to drive local execution of sales and marketing strategies.
- This individual gains commercial acumen for future roles in the organization.
- Responsibility may be for a specific country (local) or for a whole region (Central)
- Assist with executing sales and marketing strategies and campaigns
- Quick response time to customer and sales inquiries or needs
- Tradeshow coverage and support
- Sales enablement: Product technical or competitive questions
- Development and education of sales tools
- In-field sales team support
- Development and execution of offense tactics and actions
- Education, event, clinical research support and execution
- Identify synergies and develop tactics to leverage these What you will need:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 0+ years of work experience required
Preferred:
- MBA preferred
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills preferred
- Medical Device experience preferred
- Marketing and/or Sales experience preferred
